No total, ir\u00e1 atribuir 3,8 milh\u00f5es de euros a esta iniciativa, que visa acelerar a chegada destas inova\u00e7\u00f5es ao mercado, para que possam chegar aos doentes que delas necessitam. O CaixaImpulse tamb\u00e9m promove a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos produtos, servi\u00e7os e empresas ligados \u00e0s ci\u00eancias da vida e \u00e0 sa\u00fade.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os projetos vencedores \u2013 selecionados de entre 428 candidaturas recebidas \u2013 foram avaliados por seis pain\u00e9is de especialistas internacionais e profissionais da \u00e1rea. Entre os projetos selecionados este ano, est\u00e3o v\u00e1rios que podem transformar o tratamento do cancro: desde an\u00e1lises ao sangue n\u00e3o invasivas para o cancro avan\u00e7ado do pulm\u00e3o a imunoterapias baseadas em c\u00e9lulas para tumores agressivos na inf\u00e2ncia. Tamb\u00e9m foi desenvolvida uma nova solu\u00e7\u00e3o digital para o tratamento de feridas complexas, que ir\u00e1 melhorar o apoio aos profissionais de sa\u00fade. Na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade feminina, foi criada uma malha inovadora para o prolapso dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00e9lvicos, enquanto, no campo das doen\u00e7as gen\u00e9ticas, est\u00e3o a ser feitos progressos no sentido da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de terapias mais seguras baseadas em RNA e no \u00e2mbito das doen\u00e7as neurodegenerativas, para a dete\u00e7\u00e3o precoce da esclerose lateral amiotr\u00f3fica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em termos de \u00e1rea de atividade, 14 dos projetos selecionados enquadram-se na \u00e1rea das terapias. Seguem-se projetos relacionados com dispositivos m\u00e9dicos, 12 dos quais se destacam pelo seu potencial para melhorar os cuidados de sa\u00fade. Na \u00e1rea do diagn\u00f3stico, foram identificados quatro projetos com potencial para transformar a dete\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de doen\u00e7as e, por fim, um projeto que se foca na sa\u00fade digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em termos de financiamento, os vencedores recebem entre 50 000 e 500 000 euros para desenvolver os seus projetos nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, dependendo da fase de maturidade em que estes se encontram. Neste concurso, 17 projetos entraram na fase 1 (at\u00e9 50 000 euros), 11 entraram na fase 2 (at\u00e9 150 000 euros) e 3 alcan\u00e7aram a fase 3 (at\u00e9 500 000 euros). O Programa permite que, uma vez atingidos determinados objetivos de desenvolvimento e ap\u00f3s avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pela comiss\u00e3o de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, os projetos avancem para fases posteriores com maior financiamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio especializado para os projetos<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O CaixaImpulse apoia projetos biom\u00e9dicos no dom\u00ednio da inova\u00e7\u00e3o e da transfer\u00eancia de conhecimento, ajudando os investigadores a validar os seus ativos e a definir a sua estrat\u00e9gia de explora\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de aproximarem os resultados da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado. Al\u00e9m do apoio financeiro, t\u00eam tamb\u00e9m acesso a mentoria, consultoria e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de especialistas internacionais em v\u00e1rias \u00e1reas do ecossistema de inova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, os investigadores que lideram projetos na fase 2 ir\u00e3o receber quatro semanas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o especializada em transfer\u00eancia de tecnologia, direitos de propriedade intelectual, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o a investidores e celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de acordos comerciais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nas palavras de Paola Isetta, diretora adjunta de Bolsas, Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o \u201dla Caixa\u201d, \u00abO resultado do concurso CaixaImpulse de 2025 reafirma o compromisso da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o com a inova\u00e7\u00e3o na biomedicina e na sa\u00fade. Atrav\u00e9s de um investimento de 3,8 milh\u00f5es de euros, est\u00e1 a ser promovido o desenvolvimento de 31 projetos em Espanha e Portugal, com o objetivo de acelerar a sua chegada ao mercado para melhorar a qualidade de vida dos doentes. Al\u00e9m do apoio financeiro, os investigadores recebem mentoria e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de especialistas para levarem as suas inova\u00e7\u00f5es ao mercado com maior impacto.\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O Concurso \u00e9 realizado em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.criteriabioventures.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Criteria Bio Ventures<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, o fundo de capital de risco da CriteriaCaixa especializado em biotecnologia e ci\u00eancias da vida. Em Portugal, \u00e9 realizado em parceria com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o para a Ci\u00eancia e a Tecnologia (FCT) do Minist\u00e9rio da Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior, que, nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, financia dois dos projetos portugueses selecionados na fase 1.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Funda\u00e7\u00e3o \u201dla Caixa\u201d lan\u00e7ou este programa de apoio \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 transfer\u00eancia de conhecimento em biomedicina e sa\u00fade em 2015. Desde ent\u00e3o, atribuiu 28,8 milh\u00f5es de euros a 263 projetos, que levaram \u00e0 cria\u00e7\u00e3o de 54 spin-offs, que, por sua vez, garantiram financiamento adicional, atrav\u00e9s de outros concursos competitivos ou investidores privados, no valor de mais de 180 milh\u00f5es de euros.
