En total, l\u2019entitat destinar\u00e0 3,4 milions d\u2019euros a aquesta iniciativa, que t\u00e9 com a objectiu accelerar l\u2019arribada al mercat d\u2019aquestes innovacions i apropar-les, aix\u00ed, als pacients que puguin necessitar-les. Aix\u00ed mateix, CaixaImpulse Innovaci\u00f3 fomenta la creaci\u00f3 de nous productes, serveis i empreses relacionats amb les ci\u00e8ncies de la vida i la salut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els projectes guanyadors \u2015d\u2019entre m\u00e9s de 400 sol\u00b7licituds rebudes\u2015 han estat avaluats per sis panells d\u2019experts i professionals internacionals en aquest \u00e0mbit. Entre els seleccionats d\u2019aquest any hi ha 17 projectes liderats per investigadors i investigadores de 14 centres de recerca catalans:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Institut de Recerca contra la Leuc\u00e8mia Josep Carreras<\/li>\n<li>Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG)<\/li>\n<li>Institut de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Lleida Fundaci\u00f3 Dr. Pifarr\u00e9 (IRBLleida)<\/li>\n<li>Institut de Qu\u00edmica Avan\u00e7ada de Catalunya (IQAC-CSIC)<\/li>\n<li>Institut d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Girona Dr. Josep Trueta (IDIBGI)<\/li>\n<li>Institut d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (IDIBELL)<\/li>\n<li>Institut de Salut Global de Barcelona (ISGlobal)<\/li>\n<li>Institut de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica (IRB Barcelona)<\/li>\n<li>Hospital del Mar Research Institute<\/li>\n<li>Institut de Biotecnologia i de Biomedicina de la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona<\/li>\n<li>Vall d\u2019Hebron Institut de Recerca (VHIR)<\/li>\n<li>Vall d\u2019Hebron Institut d\u2019Oncologia (VHIO)<\/li>\n<li>Institut d\u2019Investigacions Biom\u00e8diques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS)<\/li>\n<li>Institut Catal\u00e0 de Nanoci\u00e8ncia i Nanotecnologia (ICN2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Entre els seleccionats d\u2019enguany hi ha projectes que serviran pel desenvolupament de f\u00e0rmacs activats amb llum per combatre el dolor cr\u00f2nic; per la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una prova diagn\u00f2stica precisa i r\u00e0pida per les encefalitis autoinmunes; per la validaci\u00f3 d\u2019una eina que ajudi a predir el risc gen\u00e8tic d\u2018infart de miocardi i mort sobtada en joves o el desenvolupament d\u2019un m\u00e8tode no invasiu per detectar el c\u00e0ncer d\u2019endometri a partir de mostres d\u2019orina, entre molts altres.<\/p>\n<p>Per \u00e0rea de negoci, 12 del total de 29 projectes seleccionats pertanyen a l\u2019\u00e0mbit de ter\u00e0pies, 9 a diagn\u00f2stic, 7 a dispositius m\u00e8dics i 1 a salut digital. Pel que fa al finan\u00e7ament, els premiats reben, en funci\u00f3 del grau de maduresa del projecte, entre 50.000 i 500.000 euros per desenvolupar-lo en els 2 anys seg\u00fcents. En aquesta convocat\u00f2ria, 16 projectes han accedit a la fase 1 (fins a 50.000 euros); 11, a la fase 2 (fins a 150.000 euros), i 2, a la fase 3 (fins a 500.000 euros). El programa permet que, quan els projectes assoleixin fites espec\u00edfiques de desenvolupament i despr\u00e9s d\u2019una valoraci\u00f3 per part del comit\u00e8 d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, puguin avan\u00e7ar cap a fases posteriors amb un finan\u00e7ament m\u00e9s alt.<\/p>\n<h4>Formaci\u00f3 i acompanyament expert pels projectes<\/h4>\n<p>CaixaImpulse Innovaci\u00f3 presta suport a projectes biom\u00e8dics en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la innovaci\u00f3 i la transfer\u00e8ncia ajudant els investigadors a validar els seus actius i a definir la seva estrat\u00e8gia d\u2019explotaci\u00f3 i valoritzaci\u00f3 per acostar els projectes al mercat, per la qual cosa a m\u00e9s de suport econ\u00f2mic tamb\u00e9 accediran a mentoria, consultoria i acompanyament per part d\u2019experts internacionals en diferents \u00e0mbits de l\u2019ecosistema de la innovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, els investigadors que lideren projectes en la fase 2 rebran formaci\u00f3 especialitzada durant 4 setmanes sobre transfer\u00e8ncia de tecnologia, legislaci\u00f3 sobre propietat intel\u00b7lectual, presentaci\u00f3 als inversors i tancament d\u2019acords comercials.<\/p>\n<p>Segons Ignasi L\u00f3pez, director de l\u2019\u00c0rea de Relacions amb Institucions de Recerca i Salut de la Fundaci\u00f3 \u201dla Caixa\u201d: \u00abEl resultat d\u2019aquesta convocat\u00f2ria reflecteix no nom\u00e9s l\u2019abund\u00e0ncia, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 l\u2019excepcional qualitat dels projectes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 en biomedicina i salut a Espanya i Portugal. Ens enorgulleix poder donar-los suport, oferint tant l\u2019ajut econ\u00f2mic necessari com les eines perqu\u00e8 arribin al mercat amb for\u00e7a i seguretat\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La convocat\u00f2ria es duu a terme en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb <a href=\"http:\/\/www.criteriabioventures.com\/\">Criteria Bio Ventures<\/a>, fons d\u2019inversi\u00f3 de <em>venture capital<\/em> especialitzat en biotecnologia i ci\u00e8ncies de la salut de CriteriaCaixa. A m\u00e9s, a Portugal, la convocat\u00f2ria es fa en partenariat amb la Funda\u00e7\u00e3o para a Ci\u00eancia e a Tecnologia (FCT), del Ministeri de Ci\u00e8ncia, Tecnologia i Ensenyament Superior de Portugal, que enguany subvenciona un dels projectes portuguesos seleccionats a la fase 1.<\/p>\n<p>El 2015 la Fundaci\u00f3 \u201dla Caixa\u201d va posar en marxa aquest programa de suport a la innovaci\u00f3 i la transfer\u00e8ncia en biomedicina i salut. Des de llavors, l\u2019entitat ha destinat 24,7 milions d\u2019euros a recolzar 231 projectes, els quals han derivat en la creaci\u00f3 de 44 <em>spin offs<\/em>, que al seu torn han aconseguit cofinan\u00e7ament addicional, a trav\u00e9s d\u2019altres convocat\u00f2ries competitives o inversors privats, per valor de m\u00e9s de 100 milions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A
