L\u2019estudi <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IMPACT<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, publicat a la revista JAMA i liderat per investigadors de BCNatal (Hospital Cl\u00ednic-IDIBAPS i Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u de Barcelona), demostra per primera vegada que el <\/span><b>creixement fetal pot millorar-se mitjan\u00e7ant canvis en l&#8217;estil de vida de l&#8217;embarassada.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En efecte, aquest estudi, que compta amb el suport de la Fundaci\u00f3 \u201cla Caixa\u201d, ha evidenciat la reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;entre el 29 i el 36% dels nadons nascuts amb baix pes <\/span><b>en intervenir sobre la dieta de la mare i rebaixar el seu nivell d&#8217;estr\u00e8s.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;estudi IMPACT l&#8217;han coordinat <\/span><b>Eduard Gratac\u00f3s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, director de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sjdhospitalbarcelona.org\/ca\/bcnatal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BCNatal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i del grup <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clinicbarcelona.org\/ca\/idibaps\/arees-de-recerca\/fetge-sistema-digestiu-i-metabolisme\/medicina-fetal-i-perinatal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medicina fetal i perinatal<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del IDIBAPS i del CIBERER, <\/span><b>Francesca Crovetto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u) i <\/span><b>F\u00e0tima Crispi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Hospital Cl\u00ednic), totes dues investigadores tamb\u00e9 de BCNatal. Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez S\u00e1nchez<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(participant de l&#8217;estudi).<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cVam veure que les mares dels nounats que neixen amb baix pes, moltes vegades tenien una dieta sub\u00f2ptima i alts nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s&#8221;, explica el Dr. Gratac\u00f3s. Les participants es van dividir a l&#8217;atzar en 3 grups: un grup en el qual les embarassades tenien visites amb una nutricionista per a seguir una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia; un grup en el qual es va seguir un programa de mindfulness per a reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s; i el grup control, amb el seguiment habitual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La intervenci\u00f3 sobre la dieta es va basar en els m\u00e8todes utilitzats en l&#8217;estudi PREDIMED, on es va posar de manifest els beneficis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia en la prevenci\u00f3 de malalties cardiovasculars i que ha estat avalat per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Americana del Cor (American Heart Association \u2013 AHA). Cada mes, les embarassades d&#8217;aquest grup acudien a una nutricionista per a canviar el patr\u00f3 de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i adaptar-lo a la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia, incorporant m\u00e9s fruita i verdura, carn blanca, peix blau, lactis, cereals integrals i productes alts en omega-3 i polifenols. Investigadora de BCNatal.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La intervenci\u00f3 per a reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s es va basar en el programa MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), desenvolupat per la Universitat de Boston, i adaptat a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s per investigadors de Barcelona. En aquest cas, es van fer grups de 25 dones que van seguir el programa adaptat a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s durant vuit setmanes. \u201cPer a saber si hi havia una reducci\u00f3 en l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, es van completar uns q\u00fcestionaris a l&#8217;inici i al final del programa i es van mesurar els nivells de les hormones relacionades amb l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, el cortisol i la cortisona\u201d, assenyala la Dra. Crovetto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;estudi ha demostrat, per primera vegada, que quan s&#8217;utilitza de forma estructurada i guiada una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia o la pr\u00e0ctica de mindfulness durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s es redueix el percentatge de baix pes fetal i es millora la incid\u00e8ncia de complicacions durant la gestaci\u00f3 com la preeclampsia o la mort perinatal. \u201cEls resultats van ser clars: les embarassades del grup control van tenir un 21,9% de nounats amb baix pes, i aquest percentatge es va reduir de manera significativa en els grups de dieta mediterr\u00e0nia (14%) i mindfulness (15,6%)\u201d, explica la Dra.
