Fins ara es pensava que es comen\u00e7ava a adquirir en el moment del part.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Per tractar la recerca sobre el microbioma en detall CosmoCaixa va acollir entre el 30 de juny i l&#8217;1 de juliol una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bdebate.org\/sites\/default\/files\/archivos\/debate\/bdebate_irsi_program_v4.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">trobada internacional sobre aquest tema<\/a>, convocada per <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bdebate.org\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">B\u00b7Debate<\/a>, una iniciativa de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biocat.cat\/ca\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Biocat<\/a> i l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/obrasociallacaixa.org\/ca\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Obra Social &#8220;la Caixa&#8221;<\/a> liderada per l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.irsicaixa.es\/ca\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Institut de Recerca de la Sida IrsiCaixa<\/a>. Experts internacionals van participar-hi i van debatre sobre la relaci\u00f3 del microbioma amb la dieta, les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies, el c\u00e0ncer, la infecci\u00f3 pel VIH o les noves vies que s&#8217;obren per modificar la microbiota a trav\u00e9s dels transplantaments fecals o probi\u00f2tics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Bilions de microorganismes \u2014bacteris, virus i fongs\u2014 colonitzen el nostre cos i preserven la nostra salut. Ens ajuden a desenvolupar un gran nombre de processos biol\u00f2gics, des de la resposta del nostre sistema immunitari fins a la digesti\u00f3 o la s\u00edntesi de vitamines. La configuraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta microbiota \u00e9s crucial i qualsevol canvi pot suposar problemes de salut en l&#8217;edat infantil i adulta, com ara patologies cr\u00f2niques no transmissibles (obesitat o diabetis), i pot afectar la resposta als tractaments contra el VIH i el c\u00e0ncer. Per exemple, un estudi recent demostra que els nadons que pateixen alteracions en quatre tipus concrets de bacteris intestinals durant els primers 100 dies de vida tenen m\u00e9s risc de desenvolupar asma, que afecta 300 milions de persones a tot el m\u00f3n. Aquests resultats podrien contribuir al disseny de noves proves de detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 del risc de desenvolupar asma i a la identificaci\u00f3 de nous tractaments probi\u00f2tics per prevenir-lo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>Els primers anys de vida, b\u00e0sics per canviar la microbiota<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Contr\u00e0riament al que es pensava fins ara, la primera font d&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de la microbiota no \u00e9s el part, sin\u00f3 la placenta. El nad\u00f3 conviu dins del ventre de la mare amb una comunitat de bacteris, similars als de la boca, que donen forma a la seva salut i influeixen en el curs de l&#8217;embar\u00e0s. Els cient\u00edfics sospiten que variacions en la composici\u00f3 podrien provocar naixements prematurs, que afecten un de cada cent naixements, segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS). Els investigadors estan descobrint els primers anys de vida com una oportunitat per introduir canvis en la microbiota i prevenir determinats problemes de salut, associats a un ecosistema bacteri\u00e0 poc ric i divers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>Nous tractaments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Tamb\u00e9 es dissenyen nous tractaments per modificar el microbioma de persones adultes. Per exemple, ja s&#8217;ha demostrat que el trasplantament de femta \u00e9s una estrat\u00e8gia molt efica\u00e7 per revertir la diarrea (<em>Clostridium difficile<\/em>) en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d&#8217;hores.
